  • Executive Director

    The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and management of the organization, including services and programs, fundraising, and business operations. Areas of responsibility include planning and evaluation, policy development and administration, human resource and fiscal management, development, and public relations.

  • Director of Residential Services

    Our residential services are contracted by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN). They operate 24 hours per day and provide a safe and homelike environment for individuals with disabilities and special needs. All staff are trained to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Many individuals are involved with their families and go on home visits. All the homes have monthly unannounced checks by our agency, as well as, annual inspections by an outside agency to ensure the homes are operating within the guidelines set forth by SCDDSN and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).

  • Director of Quality Assurance

    The QA Director, who is the Administrative Reviewer for all ANE, Critical, and Death incidents and the QA Compliance Reviewer, The primary objective of the QA department is to assist the agency in providing quality supports/services via cycles of discovery, remediation, and improvement.

    The office of Human Resources is responsible for the recruitment of qualified applicants into a diverse workforce; orientation services; retention of valuable employees; maintenance of personnel records; retirement processing; administration of employee benefits; administration of performance evaluation programs and the staff employee grievance process; a safe and healthy working environment, and promoting individual success by inspiring and encouraging employees through recognition, effective communication, and constant feedback.

  • Health Care Director

    The nursing department provides direct nursing care to assigned residential consumers; monitors the general health of assigned consumers; maintains medical charts and writes quarterly progress notes; oversees medication administration; schedules medical appointments and escorts consumers when necessary; participate in team meetings; completes nursing assessments; provides first aid and assists with medical emergencies when needed; participates in the nursing on-call rotation.

  • Facilities Director

    The facility maintenance department maintains the efficiency and good working condition of agency facilities and grounds. Assesses the current condition of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential facilities and equipment to ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
