Sumter County Developmental Disabilities Foundation
The Sumter County Developmental Disabilities Foundation, Inc. was established in January 1996 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds in support of the Sumter County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (SCDSNB).
We invite you to stop by the Broad Street Thrift Mart, located at 430 Broad Street. This is a nonprofit thrift store operated by the Sumter County Developmental Disabilities Foundation. Every purchase you make directly supports children and adults with disabilities and special needs right here in Sumter County.

The Sumter County Developmental Disabilities Foundation typically holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at 611 West Oakland Avenue. Sumter, SC 29151.
When you give to the Sumter County Developmental Disabilities Foundation, you help individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism access the opportunities, support, and dignity they deserve. Every contribution directly strengthens programs, services, and resources that make daily life better for individuals with special needs and their families. If you believe in building a more inclusive, supportive community, we invite you to join us. Your generosity has the power to change lives!
